Providence (until Dec 2026), Moda, Aetna, UHC, First Choice Health. I will be able to accept BCBS in the near future. I can also offer a Super Bill if you have out of network benefits. I am not able to bill OHP.
The Space
When you step into my office, you'll find a calm and welcoming environment that’s designed to nurture your creativity and well-being. I’ve created a space with comfortable seating, natural light, and inspiring artistic touches to help you feel at ease.
The office is on the 3rd floor in a professional building in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood. We have an ADA accessible and gender neutral bathrooms, and the building has an elevator.
